As Anglicans, our heritage is rooted in the ancient church, grounded in the Holy Scriptures and in such teachings of the ancient Fathers and Councils of the Church. In particular, such doctrine is to be found in the Thirty-nine Articles of Religion, the Book of Common Prayer and the Ordinal.

The Anglican Church in North America (ACNA) province is a founding member of the worldwide Global Fellowship of Confessing Anglicans movement. The mission of the ACNA is to build up and defend Great Commission Anglicanism throughout the world by developing leaders, equipping local congregations, and always reforming the Church.


The GAFCON movement is a global family of authentic Anglicans standing together to retain and restore the Bible to the heart of the Anglican Communion. Its mission is to guard the unchanging, transforming Gospel of Jesus Christ and to proclaim Him to the world. GAFCON represents the majority of the world’s Anglicans.
